Most computer-help outfits won't tell you the price until they're at your door. Mine is published here: one flat visit fee that includes travel, plus the time the job actually takes — and no fix, no fee.

If it isn't fixed, you don't pay.
If I can't fix the problem you booked me for, you don't pay for the labour. Simple.
If the same problem comes back within 14 days, I return and sort it at no charge.
Same or next day where possible, and I turn up when I say I will — not "sometime between 8 and 5".

Is there a call-out fee?
No separate one — the $80 visit fee is the only fixed charge, and it covers travel anywhere in the service area. Distance never changes the price.
What if you can't fix it?
Then you don't pay for the labour — no fix, no fee. If the same problem comes back within 14 days, I return and sort it at no charge.
How long do jobs usually take?
Most email, printer and Wi-Fi problems take 30–60 minutes. Virus clean-ups and new-computer setups usually run 1–2 hours. You'll know the likely cost before I start.
Do you charge GST?
No GST is charged on labour — I'm not registered for GST. Parts, if any, are supplied at cost plus GST and always agreed with you first.
How do I pay?
Tap your card at the end of the visit — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay or Google Pay — or ask for an invoice you can pay online or by bank transfer.
